Greetings to you all in the name of our Lord. I hope this report finds you all is steadfastness before the Lord.
This quarter is the most interesting time many of the Church activities are married by heavy rainfall. The roads are flooded and at times impassable.
At Eka Obong, the little hut made inside the unroofed Church building was blown off by windstorm on the 10th of July, 2010 when we were on a Gospel meeting.
There was a stampede and the meeting ended halfway. Bibles and other materials soaked completely by the rain. The brethrens were beaten seriously by the torrential rainfall that accompanied the windstorm. To God be the glory no life was lost.
Many of our outdoors activities are often disrupted by the rain. However, we still conduct house to house preaching at least once in a week. I still renew my earlier appeal to you for assistance as regards roofing the Church building.
The Church have tried but due high cost of roofing materials, they can not roof it by now. I was ashamed on that day and the leaders of the Church want me to appeal to you to assist them with whatever amount that you have to enable them roof the building as you promise them.
Yours in his service
Amos Udo
